Nose smells like epic Cote de Brouilly. Gorgeous light cherry and rose petals. Deep soil based aromas as well. So complex and pure. Almost a compote element on the nose as well. Wow, that palate is a barnburner. Elegant, long, wispy and nimble with gorgeously refined cherry fruit. Terrific concentration and sap. This is the best Domestic Gamay I’ve ever had. It’s so aristocratic and elegant. Brilliant. Nose with air gets some raspberry compote and unreal florals. This gets better and better every minute. Really compelling wine. Explosive fruit now and just so gorgeous. So brilliant but let’s see what air does. Man this is just so floral with a combo of fresh and dried roses. Just stunning. Insanely juicy and so structured. Looooong. Brilliant. Wow, superb aromas of wild mint with air.. But so fresh. Some smoke. So juicy and weightless with just delicious black cherry and blackberry fruit. Wonderful.
