Wow. No formal notes. Acid and mineral.

Thought I was getting a trip into RS but mid-palate shifts into this mineral thing and finishes dry. Wish I could spend more time with this. Maybe a Fass IIRC?

Strong green apple nose. Palate is intense. Mineral. Juicy green apples. Some tart green apple. Mineral. So juicy. Long juicy tart apple finish. Rocky minerals on the finish. God this is well made. Bought from fass selections.

Quite tart. Complex. Rich. Honey petrol quince rangpur lime. Touch bitter. Very classic. Will last 10 years with ease.
