OMG nose. Confectionary. Apricot. Blood orange. All types of citrus complexity. Floral. Slate. So so so mineral. Almost like a fruit roll up from heaven. Amazing palate. So young, so much flavor. Huge apricot. Like a combo of fresh and dried apricots. So intense and so young. Showing 5% itself. More open on the nose than palate today. So precise and just wacky amounts of dry extract, freshness and minerality. Brilliant. Needs more air. I’ll be back. @Delectable Wine this is the no star Auslese Trocken.

Nose is mineral with a hint of elegant tropicality.
Palate is so mineral but in a delicious way. Lovely elegant citrus zest.
