Gorgeous nose: ripe apple, a little peach, deep, almost sultry slate. The nose leads you to expect fruit in the mouth, but the palate hits lean and crisp, with lots of crushed rock and green appley acids. Just vanished into the ether on the salivating finish. Unique.

Lime zest, mineral, seashell, chlorine, palate is so refined and chock full of minerals and super pure. Elegant and juicy. Citrusy and juicy. Omg what a value.

Sep 5th, 2019Glorious nose. Love where 2016’s are at the moment. Lemon, Meyer lemon, candied lemon and gorgeous slate. Classic Kabi. Palate is chewy and clean with a nice steely slatey character and finished with lemon and terrific mineral juiciness. Long and very complex with perfect balance.
