Kröver Letterlay Spätlese** Ruwer Riesling

Sick nose. Citrus, pith, lime zest, apricot, slate, fresh rain water and tangelo. So pure. Juicy and so clean and precise on the palate with wonderful clarity and depth. Terrific acidity and length. My god this is long. Huge citrusy fruit on the palate with penetrating minerality. Insane as usual.

Big citrus, slate, tangerine, very fruity, vulcanized rubber as well which I get out of young Müllen. Complex palate with juicy and grippy depth. Mineral and ethereal.

Delicious. Dense and smoky. There's a sauvage character to the wines from this area. Persistent, Long, and with bright acid. Tannic. I wonder whether this was reasonably reduced when young

Spätlese

Best bottle yet. Petrol, lemon, kerosene aromas. Palate is beautiful and true Spatlese Halbtrocken. Just enough sugar to not call it trocken. Just stunning.

Check on your 03's kids. Shockingly good. Elegant and lithe with freshness.

A tad more development than last visit but still not rocking the world. First petrol impression was noted, a bitter hint, more present acidity. Pretty nice but hope for more to come. 4btls left.

Such a treat! Almost freakish combo of dry granite, sap, and grapefruit.

Far too young but so good already. Citrus fruit on the nose. Palate: Peach, slate, good acidity, long finish. RP95+ which I agree upon. Paired with Sushi.
