Deep Ruby Red almost purple. Aromas of fruit, complex spice, a touch earthy. On the palate, Berry fruits with sweet and peppery spice. Firm but approachable tannins that opened up quickly. Good balance and good length. More time will benefit the 2009. Very Nice.
