The white wine served with the Hotel Marques de Riscal restaurants' (Michelin 1 star) "10th Anniversary Menu" during the following courses: "Vine shoots", "Black olives", "This land contained in a morsel", "Our croquettes", "Norway lobster carpaccio on a tartar of tomato, white garlic and red wine caviar", "Fresh grass or eating a high mountain meadow" and "Mediterranean. Cucumber, yoghurt, apple and fresh almond". Nice acidity on the wine which greatly complimented the food. See my other entry for the red wine and the courses it was served with.
