This is another great wine from Mark Ryan. Cooked berries, white pepper on the nose. Meaty & chewy tannins on the palate with blackberries hints of Creme Brule. Decent acidity.

Drinking well. Pleasant tannins have mellowed out and notes of blackberry and tar dominate the palate. Deep nose of dried cherry and some tobacco hints. Acidity is low to moderate. One of his better releases.

Berries, pepper, decanted in the fridge 2 hours. Yum, if you have to have Mary- Crazy Mary is a treat.

One of the better bottles of domestic Mourvèdre that I've had. Meaty and structured with that smokiness and faint hint of iron that I would typically expect... A very pretty bottle of wine.

Fantastic and rich with a flavor of berries and currants. Worth scouting out and acquiring to cellar for five or ten years.
