Just as good as I remember. I get almonds, almond croissant, some interesting baking spice this time. Mouthfeel is very rich and big initially but on the back end you are left with this clean acidity. It really tastes complete to me. Like you have the wonderful fragrance of flowers and fruit on the nose, lush palate, then cleansing lemon sorbet to finish it off. Outstanding.

May 10th, 2021Fantastic! Very well balanced from an insane vintage. Nose of lemon, apple, chalk, bread but not brioche, and something floral. The palate is like a blend of southern and northern burgundy chard. It is full, a lot of similar flavors to nose, more almond, then the finish is acidic with a lingering finish of almond croissant with some citrus/jasmine tea. Almost too easy to drink. Awesome!
