Chablis was my first love when it comes to white wines. It has a clean and crisp characteristic with great acidic notes, a very unique profile, but easily identifiable even for a beginner like me. This producer in particular may not be the best representation of such a renowned appellation, but it certainly does the trick! The color is greenish straw, the nose typical of green apple and citrus scents, the mouthfeel is medium bodied, green pear, green apple, light citrus zest flavors, the slightest hints of sweet tangerine, and medium plus lingering acidity. Good value wine nonetheless and would buy again. Cheers.
