Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Rosé

A little abrasive at first on the nose and the palate. Some florals and herbs, with underripe strawberry and a touch of salinity. It shows its adolescence, very green and a little sharp. Perhaps a hearty shellfish dish full of garlic and butter would take the edge off.

Full dry rose with wonderful overtones of strawberries in the finish. Easy to drink but more complex than other Rose at the same price. #rose #provence #french #wine

Very pretty rosé with strawberry and white peach on the nose and palate. Good acidity and length - good with food (I had it with soft cheeses and Pata negra Spanish ham).

A gorgeous light pink coral color, with aromatics of red fruits that are faint, but there. This wine has tremendous acid, and a very nice mouthfeel. A touch of orange citrus on the palate adds to it well.

tropical fruits leaning towards banana (and nougat?!), as well as red skin orchard fruits...and minerality ~ similar on palate w addition of citrus and the minerality taking a more major role ~ pretty intense

Underripe strawberries and melon rind on the nose followed by hints of petrol and lime on the palate. Finished clean with mild acidity.

Excellent for warm spring or summer days. Dry, crisp, with just a hint of red fruit fruitiness.
