Red & black berries, fresh moss, sappy tree bark. So fresh & pure.
On the palate this shows purity and a herby character. Red berries & herbs with a mineral backbone. Nice depth.
This needs quite some time to open up but is a very nice , darker, fresher Burgundy.

Really, really delicious natural wine. Long smooth dark cherry with bright and tannic notes, almost a hint of red grapefruit. Better on day two.
