Dec 10th, 2018Stunning wine. My go to for young GC Chablis is Bougros. Nose of lemon, lime, minerals and so detailed. Palate is finesse driven with heavy lemon lime fruit and elegant minerality. Good power and juiciness. Intense grip and such lemony vivid fruit and general lemononisity throughout. This is brilliant.

Bought from fass selections ... getting better as it opens. More lemon oil on the nose. Great almost pleasantly tart juiciness. A very very solid wine. Crazy for $50.

Definitely delicious. For the money I want a little more energy. Nice finish, very juicy, electricity still pretty standard level.
