Gorgeous nose of lime blossom, mega florals, spice and green apple. So much depth, so complex and airy. 9.6 nose. Insane complexity. Ripe, juicy and energetic, with insane density and sap. So pure. Very salty. Excellent purity. Long and dense. Terrific inner mouth aromas. Really slathers palate with minerals. Amazing minerals. Just so complex and regal. Looooong.

Hugely mineral, periodic table levels, but besides that not much. Closed. Palate is gorgeous. Tons of minerality and energy. So pure and clean. Lovely texture and mineral complexity. Needs maybe 2-3 hours in a decanter first air to say its thing. Huge power and concentration with nice finesse and gorgeous finish. This is terrific. Wow.

Really accessible and drinking so well. Had Grand Cru grip and clarity. Ripe apples, some light oak, sweet pears, some nice seashell aroma. Palate is rich and ripe with terrific power and concentration. Freshness is great as is the cut and persistence. Terrific balance and explosiveness.

Stunning wine. My go to for young GC Chablis is Bougros. Nose of lemon, lime, minerals and so detailed. Palate is finesse driven with heavy lemon lime fruit and elegant minerality. Good power and juiciness. Intense grip and such lemony vivid fruit and general lemononisity throughout. This is brilliant.

The intensity and dry extract of this wine are almost overwhelming. Rich nose of straw and spice inflected, toasty lemon oil, underlaid with a deep, brothy, chalky earthiness. Deep richness and length, but with sneaky acids keep this wine's shit together, allowing waves of different notes to echo in the long finish. Wow. This is a perfect wine for my Stuart Smalley moment tonight.

A bit fruity on day one. Nicely integrated but rich on day two. Really good.
