I am not a fan of Merlot, but this is a good choice. Has a little bit of a bite (like many Merlots) but has a nice, deep taste with fruity notes. Like most Maggio/Oak Ridge wines, this one tastes rich and satisfying.

Loving the 2012 Merlot it's smooth and drinkable right out of the bottle.
