Wildcat Mountain Vineyard Chardonnay

Delicious

Really liked, more acidic and less oaky than the MacRostie Dutton Ranch, which I also really liked.

Nice clean and easy drinking. Not overpowered by oak

Should pair well with chicken in three mustard sauce.

Frankly: I am surprised at how dynamic and Mâcon this is at 6+ years! It was said and chirpy as only wines with dry extract can be. Delicious with roasted potato leek soup -especially in this odd season between an Indian Summer and that penetrating November rain. Great tension here.

Oaky on the nose, opens up to a banquet of vanilla, tulip, and sweet apples.

I've been too drunk the last two weeks to upload any of the wines I've had. This ones pretty good. Easy drinker. Clean. Delineated. Nice fruit. Not much structure. Like a good warmer weather Chablis. I'm high as shit.

Balanced oak, tropical fruit, crisp acidity

Consistently tasting like awesome, as always.
