Tea and tomato leaf nose and palate. The fruit is hidden away, but a small amount of flower petals come through. The svelte tannins and fair amount of acidity suck my mouth dry.

On the nose, perfume and lettuce (yep...lettuce). In the mouth, high acid, red fruit and tannins. Very vegetal... hollow mid-palate. medium finish. Kinda has a bathroom freshener thing going on....

Lots of minerals, very earthy and sharp. Very good after 30 minutes sitting out. Typical of Loire Valley wines.
