Consumed over two nights. Didn't evolve or change.
A bit too acidic but tart, bright, red fruits.

My favorite type of arbois expression.

Light, lacy wine with cracking acidity and restrained red fruit. Real elegant stuff

Lovely, red crunchy fruit. Pale ruby, translucent. Has subtle soil tones, a pure wine. Good balancing acidity but has a lovely sweetness to it as well. Round, but low alcohol. This did not change appreciably over three nights.
