Serious stuff. Almost crozes like in its mineral crunchiness. Still has a lot of fat to shed. 2 years ago it was balls out and now it needs a few more years to develop what is definitely going to become some awesome trrschiary fruit. Loads of coffee and bacon fat with bramble fruit. Hell of a wine but at this point give it 3-5years and the reward will be great
