Caught this baby at its peak. The '09 vintage didn't disappoint. Intense nose and vibrant flavors were classic and true. Surprised by the tannins in this bad boy. Brooding but integrated in a way that didn't interrupted the bright acid, bing cherry, and barnyard. I only wish it was a monopole.
