Pop and pour. On the counter unrefrigerated overnight. Notes from 24 hrs open. Leaning savory yesterday, but very savory today. On the nose: earthy bark, strawberry. On the palate: good acidity, lighter bodied, even for a burg, and earthy red fruit. Not amazingly complex, but food-friendly solid wine.
