So...I had a birthday a couple weeks back, due to scheduling my regular bottle finishing team wasn't available until now, so we're finally doing it up in my grand, unique style.

24-Hour Update:
Nose has smoke from Spring vine clearing, crushed flint, chilled pineapple, under-ripe white peach, nougat (I noted this in my prior review, and I still love it!), ripe yellow peach, ripe mango and vanilla bean.
Palate has warm (ripe) pineapple, moist honey roasted almond, wet sand, sweet yellow apple with minor vanilla/oak.
Let this wine sleep until at least 2026+.

Palate has warmed pineapple, light oak spice, honey toasted almond, (light) limestone, grilled yellow apple with medium acidity and crazy long finish. Expect this wine to be even more stunning in 6-8Y.
Cork pulled for slow oxidation, 11H (needed every minute).

Paired to a French dish this evening, chicken, apples and cremé à la normande (cream, onion, mushroom & calvados), wow smiles all around tonight.
