This wine is cray — intensely spicy, tropical, grassy aromas reminiscent of an IPA. But on the palate more like a funky sour beer with a floral note pervasive. Purty interesting!

One of the oldest uncloned varietals of grape, finessed by the hand of a French transplant bored with other Chilean wines for their lack of terroir expression. Macerated for nearly a month. Pours cloudy and milky in the glass. Smells peppery and umami with some vegetal notes and a spritz of lemon. Develops in a strange but satisfying way across the palate with notes of kiwi, yeasty kombucha funk, grapefruit, white pepper, and bitter citrus pith.

Kombucha-like. Zippy, tart citrus and lots of residual yeast.
