I found this for a nice price (less than many current-vintage AOC Bourgognes) and figured “why not?” The nose wa great straight away, with plenty of forest floor and game but not overdeveloped at all - there was still some fruit. The palate started rather thin and short but actually fleshed out with air. Not bad at all.
