White peach with some matchstick reductive notes and a salty whiff in the nose. On the palate at first the structure comes through - broad and full yet light & fresh. Great juicy acidity with peach at first with spicy, salty lemons on the mid palate and boosted further with a steely mineral finish. Deftly oaked and carries the 14% alc effortlessly. This is a very nice wine - kind of a salty, spicy southern Burgundy.
