Pedestal Columbia Valley Merlot

Well scented bouquet of cedar, dark cherry/berry, anise. Mouth coating powdery tannin grip followed by dark cherry, licorice. I would give another 2-3 years and revisit. Could be a stunner when it levels out. Solid merlot that delivers as usual.

Velvety, plummy intense and still quite young. Nice tannic structure, full bodied, i should say so much more... Yum!

What a banner vintage for this wine. Lots of dark fruit, tobacco slight vanilla on the nose. So yummy.

This is clearly young but delicious after a few hours of decanting. Rich, with plenty of tannin to suggest a long life ahead.

Nice spice, fruit and tobacco. Enjoyed this with a chicken pot pie. Needed a little time to open up.

These guys are good, real good. Hearty Merlot that makes you understand all that the Washington terroir has to offer.

Very impressed. Full bodied merlot.

Would like to try this next to the Leonetti Merlot

Smells like a merlot. Tastes of lingering blueberry and cedar, long finish. Quite smooth, some tannin at the end.
