We recently cracked into this bubbly we brought to VIC with us from WA’s Swan Valley. Little River has a cute little cellar door on West Swan Road and I hear the food at the cafe is pretty good too!
It’s a crystal clear lemon colour in the glass with a lovely effervescence to it. Notes of crunchy apple, vanilla bean and crisp lemonade entice the nostrils. While in the mouth it’s full of preserved pear & lemon flavours and has a creamy smooth buttery texture.
