There are layers of depth to this wine but they seem to be pressed into one singular aroma. I can however pick out some mineral notes, green apple and something floral on the nose. Pineapple on the palate. Dry with fantastic acidity, enough to make you feel like this wine has tannins.

Amber gold, some solid residuals starting to form; bouquet of white flowers, glycerine, wax, lime, rose petals, and peach; on the palate, lime, underripe golden pear, golden apple, but starting to fade; appetizing acidity, medium full body; totally dry with harmonizing aftertaste.

Clear, pale and lemon appearance. Clean, medium intensity to the nose. Rubber, candy, honey and pineapple aromas. Light body, high acidity, great balance, dry and long finish.
