Green mango, honeydew melon, Thai lime and hints of creamy lemon fill out the dense and powerful nose… nice contrast between rich texture and clean lively acid mouthfeel…some minerals, and a long lasting ripe tasting finish. Pretty well made: slightly too much So2 but a style that hits it right down the middle..too bad I didn’t have some food to match this time.
