NOSE: lemon saline. Clean. A bit of oats.

TASTE: as the nose - clean citrus and minerals, bright acidity. A very slight nuttiness on the finish. Very simple, but no off tastes. Also does not have the apple juice flavor I dislike and associate with cheap sparklers. Reminds me more of cava more than the French sparklers I am used to. Good deal @ $15 for a 1.5L magnum. 88.
