Enjoying a rare French Albariño this evening. Meticulously crafted, light gold-green colour with a distinct nose of honeydew melon and grapefruit. Softer acidity, yet still crisp and refreshingly paired with pan-seared scallops demonstrating a lovely palate of peaches and citrus blossoms and a hint of lime on the finish. Very good.
