The Laurent Labled "On est su l'Sable" tastes like diving head first into a pool of chilled raspberry juice & floating around on a cinnamon stick pool noodle while a salty, limestone breeze whisps* by. Light, tart, refreshing; a fun take on Cab Franc for sure & a lovely way to spend an afternoon.

*Whisps is not a word but u can't tell me nothin'.

In magnum, bit of funk. More Bernard Edwards than Bootsy Collins. Very drinkable. Smoke & blackberry.

Interesting take on cab franc. 30 days of carbonic maceration loads up the dark fruit (and presumably that’s where the fizz comes from?) but there’s some expected earthy brett in there too. Not your typical chinon. Drink with pizza.

Very gluggable Cab Franc! Sulfur, early spring berries, grippy like limestone, hint of effervescence. Tip er back.

Really interesting - kind of ashy mid weight red, slight sparkle to it

Would not have called Cab Franc. Reminds me of Arnot Roberts Syrah (!)
