Sparkling golden lemon color. Apricot, lemon, honey suckle, and golden apple aromas and flavors. 12.5% alcohol and ripe, juicy acidity. Medium minus mouthfeel but not without a decent finish of butter and cream. I am drinking it with a bowl of fresh strawberries but would go nicely with grilled veggies and fish, too.
