Fairly tart, this may be because I had a port before it but I think this is a great full bodied big and bold wine.

Immediately hit with a strong but pleasant mineral taste, with undertones of tobacco, dark fruits bordering on jams/preserves. Has some acidity that almost gives a feeling of heat on the palate. Not as well rounded as other cab francs I've had and certainly not for everyone but I found it enjoyable.
