Nicole's Estate Bottled Alexander Valley Red Blend

Dark fruits, vanilla/oak spice, cherry, dried leaves, dusty tannins, medium-full bodied, slight RS and a candied finish.

Holy wow! Huge and structured Cab/blend. Super complex, it was tight and acid forward upon opening. It softened into a wonderful and delicious dinner bottle. A lot going on here: fresh baked brownies and anise with oak spice at first glance. Further open time revealed blackberry and savory herbs. Could have gone another decade!

Wow, first bottle of this. Feel very fortunate to have more of this. Wonderful full bodied blend, oak and cherry shines through. Thank you Gasser family for sharing this with us.

Well rounded red blend with layers of flavor and a medium tannin finish.

A little acidity, not bad after awhile

Good full-bodied Cabernet (not fruit forward) with silky smooth tannins and pleasing finish
