A touch hot

Wonderful and expressive dark berries, the Cab is well managed, with fine tannins and great length. Bordeaux style, not showing any excess. I had a great time in both nose and palate drinking this (2009 in 2017, still going strong)

Another big Napa cab extracted but still in balance. Enjoyable with big meats!

Dark ruby coloration. On the nose, jammy, vibrant berries and rhubarb, espresso and vanilla. On the palate, vanilla, sweet berries, blueberry, boysenberry, oak, hints of espresso, medium to longer of finish of same. Nicely balanced, tannins are still dominant but not overpowering.

Dark chocolate, long finish. Paired with a grilled porterhouse. Amazing.

Starts with a very fruity aromas pretty big on the nose and quickly turn into a more complex structured wine with aromas of cigar box to leather. Money well spent. This is my last 2000, now I am left with a bunch of 2006, great vintage
