Blanc de Blanc Chardonnay Blend

Sour lemon, creme, and toast. Unrestrained and electric with explosive bubbles. Long. This benefitted from time in the glass.

Really vibrant fruit, lots of citrus, featuring some lemon, racy acidity bordering on tart. Refined bubbles. I didn’t get the yeasty/bready notes but still thought this was an excellent sparkler, and a great change of pace within that style.
