Still finishing off tasting notes from Cab tasting back in May. A blend from the brilliant 2014 vintage in the Hunter Valley. Cabernet Sauvignon 61% with Shiraz and Petit Verdot. Gorgeous perfume with typical Hunter earthiness. Light to medium weight but M+ Intensity. Hunter Valley at its best.

Cork was leaking a little but the wine was not corked fortunately. A very enjoyable wine which went well with roast lamb.
