Dry, a bit of body. Good! Had it with mushroom and chicken rissoto.

Ruby in color with light intensity and a reddish rim.

Fruity nose of cherries, red currants, strawberries, light oak, licorice, earth, forest floor, green vegetables, spices, chocolates, barnyard, smoke, sweet candy and light black pepper.

Light to medium in body with medium acidity and nice legs.

Dry on the palate with cherries, strawberries, red currants, oak, earth, dirt, forest floor, smoke, dark chocolates and black pepper.

Medium plus in finish with soft tannins, spices and peppercorn.

This French red drinks nicely now, with a soft mouthfeel. Not balanced and simple, but a good food wine.

Good right out of the bottle, and better as it opens up ( 30 minutes), and when chilled.

I paired it with Beef Carpaccio.

13% alcohol by volume.

Paired with Spanish Iberico Pork Chop. Match!!

Nose & taste: medium thickness, blackberry.
Drink in minutes & should be finished in an hour.

Rhone, France- The Perrin family selects Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Cinsault, vinifying in a manner reflecting their Châteauneuf tradition. This is a richly fruity and supple wine, ruby-purple colored, with aromas of cassis and herbs, flavors of plum and blackberry on the palate.

Beautiful red color, with purple highlights. With a lot of freshness, this rich and spicy wine offers red and black fruits aromas (blackberry, black currant). The palate is beautifully balanced, crunchy, with silky tannins and a very long and aromatic finish.

Deep cherry red with a nose of ripe fruit, this wine is rich and spicy. Red fruit (blackcurrant and blackberry), leads to a fresh finish. An easy-drinking wine for burgers, pizza or on its own.
