One of the most puzzling wines I’ve had. Smells of funk and presents much older than it is...oxidation from natural process? Fruitiness and rich texture. Get desiccated fruit with some spicy anise.

Classic minerality from Loire... refreshing woth green apple and maserated/cooked pear. And a funk I can't place but mushroom of sorts. Clean, crisp, refreshing finish. Could be paired with nearly,anything but beef.
