Bright ruby in color with a wide pinkish rim.
Nice nose of wild flowers, blueberries, black currants, oak, vanilla, licorice, earth, spices, peppercorn, leather, red candy, smoke, chocolates, mocha, dark coffee and peppercorn.
Medium bodied with medium acidity and nice legs.
Dry on the palate with blackberries, black currants, sweet cherries, oak, vanilla, licorice, earth, spices, peppercorn, leather, smoke, chocolates, mocha, bell pepper and vegetables.
Nice length on the finish with soft tannins and black pepper.
This Israeli blend is drinking very nicely now, with great balance and interesting complexity.
A red wine with a new world feel, a soft mouthfeel and nice elegance.
I had it a year ago and it is much better now.
Needs 2 hours to open up properly.
An unfiltered blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. Aged for 36 months in French oak barrels.
13.5% alcohol by volume.

Dry on the palate with cherries, strawberries, cranberries, oak, cloves, light licorice, metals, spices and black pepper.
Medium finish with soft tannins and spices.
This is a nice red wine at a good quality. Nice by itself or with food. I have one more bottle, which I will try in two years. Needed 30 minutes to open up. I really liked the nose, much more than the palate.
