ruby. dried bing and red cherries, cooked raspberries…will come back to nose notes. lots of fruit- think it’s a bit tight. elegant, balanced. medium short tannins pulled out by long lasting acid. very nice.

Bottle Share for the win Friday night. A great event hosted by @55seventy. I brought the 2017 La Sirena to share with others. I consider it a Heidi Barrett gem. This Cabernet Sauvignon is described as having a lifted note from the addition of Cab Franc. Layered aromatics, ripe dark fruit, balance, and silky tannins, makes this wine easily approachable now. @55 Seventy Wine Club

Jan 22nd, 2023La Sirena tasting dinner last night. This is still one of my favorites. Youthful but approachable. This will definitely improve with a little bit of age. Plush mouthfeel. Velvety texture. Full bodied beauty. @55Seventy
