Nose has wet sandstone, cut Anjou pear, lemon peel, honeycomb and spring honeysuckle blossom. Faint-ish trailing of white vinegar.

Palate has honeydew mellon rind, under-ripe quince, slight candle wax notes and light minerality. Slightly raw-ish on the medium finish.

Nice, I love all the different expressions that Chenin Blanc can display.
