Vallee d'Aoste 2013 DOC, 11.5%.
Bottle tasted in October 2014.
Made from a pre-phylloxera vineyard of Blanc de Morgex et de la Salle. These grapes grow in the Alps, in particularly harsh conditions, thus the production is limited.
Pale whitish-yellow color, nose with light scents of vanilla, hay or freshly cut herbs, a little pineapple, and fresh hazelnut.
Quite citrus in the mouth, long persistence, a bit sweet but acidic too. Leaves the mouth very clean. Good paired with rich cheeses.

Light to medium color with a lovely complex and mineral nose with a light complex and acidic body with a long aftertaste. 2013, tasted in February of 2019. A lovely light wine.
