Aged in oak for 12 months, medium lemon color with aromas of citrus, spice and salty notes. On the palate flavors of lime citrus, white flowers and stony mineral notes. Long finish, vivid acidity, ending creamy with oak and mineral character. Very nice!

Absolutely lovely. Like a rounded Chablis. Beautiful juxtaposition of tropical fruit and minerality.

Didn't seem like a 7 year old bottle but the alcohol and oak was a bit over the top for me.

En nariz totalmente distinto al 2010 fruta de hueso , notas florales y citricas. En boca potente de entrada buen paso y final largo y con la acidez muy presente.

White peach, melon, orchard blossoms, and a hint of beer foam on the nose. Rich attack with high toned fruit followed by searing acid on the finish. Barrel fermented and aged. Great match for a richer dish with fatty fish/shellfish.
