Moutai Prince Baiju

Now I like to think of myself as a pretty open minded gal who acquires tastes instantly, but I possibly approached this too nonchalantly. A promising nose of rice, red bean and bitter herbs turned into a grainy mouthful of stewed, lacquered gym socks. Foul in a very novel way.

First time trying Baiju... I think it's going to be an acquired taste
