It's time for my #FridayCabernetfix. Here is a delicious Cabernet from Napa Valley.

Deep purple in color with a short purple rim.

Fruity nose of blackberries, black currants, sweet cherries, dried fruits, toasted cedar, vanilla, licorice, light vegetables, sweet tobacco, spices, dark chocolates, coffee, mocha and black pepper.

Full bodied with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry and fruity on the palate with blackberries, black plums, cooked cherries, cedar, earth, vanilla, spices, espresso, tobacco, herbs, peppercorn, pencil lead and dark chocolates.

Nice finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.

This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Showing nice complexity with a nice mouthfeel. Although still very young, the nose is already wonderful.

Easy drinking and good right out of the bottle. Once it opens up (1 hour), earthy notes show up, and make it more interesting.

A good quality wine with good potential to become a 94+ point wine.

This young Cabernet Sauvignon will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years.

Will pair nicely with BBQ Meats.

A blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with some Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec. Aged for 30 months in French oak barrels (30% new). A small production of only 6 barrels.

14.5% alcohol by volume.

92 points.

$79.
