I'll start by saying I'm not a connesseur of fine sparkling, but I REALLY like this. Dry, not sweet except for a slight aftertaste. This may be like kissing a geeky girl at a party, not knowing if she's the head cheerleader at the neighboring high school or not...ahh, mystery...
