Very nice - Strawberry and raspberry well pronounced, medium style with good acidity, pairs well with food.

In a "I'm prepping for the WSETs exam" fervor opened two pinots in one night to compare/contrast. While I am still waiting for this one to open I'm already digging it more than the last. This one is more perfumed and delicate. Slightly less raw than the Russian River one, albeit some of the grapes in both come from the Peters Vineyard. The nose is fresh and floral. The body medium. The acid is perfectly balanced. There is a good deal of apple and perhaps a hint of lush blackberry? The finish is long and lingering. I bought two of the other Kokomo Russian River Pinot but wish I'd gotten two of this instead. Not that the other was bad AT ALL but this one is special. Perhaps the other requires some food pairing to bring out the magic. Will experiment with that second bottle.

Glad I have 3 more bottles of this vintage-fruit is great but still smells young. Very nice Pinot now but I bet it’ll be better in several years. That’s my plan.

Really opening up. Velvet soft fruit on nose with a long finish. What’s not to like?

Medium body with taste of raspberry, strawberry, oak, medium acidity and slightly spicy finish - easy to drink. A little bit too sweet after having a glass and it’s actually quite expensive...Well, it’s a treat for myself after a long day with Jason through on diet..

Raspberry notes. Pinot that can hold up to food.
