Lodi Carignane

Lovely color with plenty of red rose 🥀. Aromas are lovely. Forest leaves. Autumn 🍂 vibes. Hints of cherry syrup and jams. Smooth as a baby’s bottom. Bite comes at the end. Bright and pleasing. Smoke, incense, cedar.

I don't think I've ever had a 100% carignane before. I like. This shows some cottoncandy, powdery sugar on the nose. The body and texture are awesome for a summertime wine. Structured but not abrasive at all. 5 cases at Ashes
